On this Day of Pentecost, we celebrated the Confirmation of Michael Bergen. It was a great blessing to have Bishop Stephen London (Diocese of Edmonton) joining us. Our joy continued with a parish potluck, lovingly prepared by our congregation as well as a Pentecost / Confirmation cake. We give thanks for the Holy Spirit that was moving and working among us, and we welcome Michael as he affirmed his desire to embrace a life shaped by Christ and as he continues with his spiritual journey. A very pleasant way to celebrate Pentecost.
